Magic Mike Live -  Waterside Theatre, Aylesbury 

Aylesbury audiences will be the very first in the world to be a part of the pioneering production that’s unlike anything performed before. The new staging experience will feature a stunningly talented cast performing several all-new routines with new musical numbers and choreography, new costumes, and a monumental venue design that will transform a traditional theatre space into an unforgettable immersive experience from the stalls and circle levels to new onstage seating, putting each guest at the epicentre of the action. While the show will feature many new elements, tried and true Magic Mike Live fans will still enjoy the show’s thrilling and inspiring storyline and fan-favourite moments. The production team will also partner with the theatre to bring beverage service, including the show’s famous cocktail program, straight to your seat so no one has to miss a moment of the action. And after each show, fans will have the unique opportunity to meet and mingle with members of the cast, with a limited number of VIP Meet & Greet add-on tickets available.

 

Magic Mike Live has thrilled nearly two million guests around the world with long-running residencies in Las Vegas and London, and previous engagements in Berlin, Australia, Miami, and Dallas. Prior to the international tour launch, an all-new flagship production of Magic Mike Live will open in New York City in January 2027 in a newly-renovated, multi-function and custom-built venue with an accompanying hospitality lounge in the heart of Times Square.

 

Magic Mike Live will play six shows only at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre from Thu 27- Sat 29 Aug 2026. All guests must be 18 years of age or older.

Six - Milton Keynes Theatre

The multi award-winning musical SIX, written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, announces a new cast for 2026-2027 UK and international tour. The new company will take over on in September this year, coming to Milton Keynes Theatre Tue 24 – Sat 28 Nov 2026.


The new Queens are Sedona Sky (Catherine of Aragon), Eve Humphrey (Anne Bolyn), Billie Kerr (Jane Seymour), Tia Antoine-Charles (Anne of Cleves), Lea Desjacques (Katherine Howard) and Amena El-kindy (Catherine Parr). Joining the cast as Alternates are Rosie Itzel, Eve Parsons and Charlotte Anne Steen, with Super Swings Eve Knagg and Lara Vina Uzcatia. The cast is backed by the show's all-female band, The Ladies in Waiting, led by Musical Director Sara De Sanctis.


SIX follows the six wives of Henry VIII as they take to the mic to tell their own personal tales, remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into an 80-minute celebration of 21st century girl power. On the international stage, SIX continues its reign on Broadway at the Lena Horne Theatre and is now booking into its fifth year. The show has toured the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, The Philippines, South Korea, China, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Switzerland, and enjoyed a seven-week season at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.

Its my top joint favourite show and I am booked to see this twice at Milton Keynes Theatre in November so hopefully see you there.

Paranormal Activity - Waterside Theatre, Aylesbury and Milton Keynes Theatre

Casting for the major UK and Ireland tour of the smash-hit, Paranormal Activity has been announced. The spine-chilling theatrical experience coming to Aylesbury Waterside Theatre Tue 12 - Sat 16 Jan 2027  and Milton Keynes Theatre from 15-19 September 2026.  The show will star James Bye (2:22, UK Tour, BBC 1’s EastEnders) as ‘James’, Hannah Sinclair Robinson (The Play That Goes Wrong, West End, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, National Theatre, UK and Ireland Tour) as ‘Lou’, Jo Castleton (War Horse at the National Theatre, National and International Tour;) as ‘Etheline Cotgrave’ and Caroline Faber (Network and The Heiress, National Theatre) as ‘Carolanne.’ 

 

The supernatural smash will visit towns and cities nationwide until May 2027, giving audiences across the country a chance to witness the haunting phenomenon that has taken the West End by storm.

Matilda - The Musical - Milton Keynes Theatre

Casting has been announced for the upcoming tour of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s production of Matilda The Musical, which this year celebrates 15 years on stage. The highly acclaimed musical,  based on Roald Dahl’s beloved book, arrives at Milton Keynes Theatre from Wed 28 Oct 2026.

 

Madison Davis, Mollie Hutton, Olivia Ironmonger and Sanna Kurihara will share the title role of Matilda.  Richard Hurst will play Miss Trunchbull, Tessa Kadler will play Miss Honey, Adam Stafford will play Mr Wormwood, and Rebecca Thornhill will play Mrs Wormwood.

The internationally renowned musical continues to play to packed houses in the West End at the Cambridge Theatre and has been seen by 12 million people across 100 cities around the world.

 

This anarchic production, about a strong and determined heroine with a vivid imagination, has won over 100 global awards, including 24 for Best Musical.  A film adaptation made by the core creative team received its World Premiere at the London Film Festival in October 2022 and can now be watched on Netflix.

 

Written by Dennis Kelly, with music and lyrics by Tim Minchin and developed and directed by Matthew Warchus, the production is designed by Rob Howell, with choreography by Peter Darling, orchestrations, additional music and musical supervision by Christopher Nightingale, lighting by Hugh Vanstone, sound by Simon Baker and special effects and illusions by Paul Kieve.

The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Nightime - Milton Keynes Theatre

Melting Pot and Birmingham Rep today announce first casting for their new production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, inspired by the multi-million-selling, internationally acclaimed novel. EastEnders’ favourite Charlie Brooks and  Joe McFadden play protagonist Chris’ parents, Ed and Judy.


Opening at Birmingham Rep in September before coming to Milton Keynes Theatre from Tue 6 Oct, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is adapted from Mark Haddon’s multi-million-selling novel by acclaimed Playwright Simon Stephens and will be directed by Ned Bennett.


Chris Boone is gifted with a brilliant mind for numbers but unsettled by the unpredictability of people and everyday life. When a neighbour’s dog is discovered killed, Chris comes under suspicion. Determined to prove their innocence, Chris becomes both detective and suspect, drawn into a mystery that grows darker and more complex with every clue uncovered.

What begins as the search for a culprit soon reveals secrets closer to home, forcing Chris to confront truths that will test their courage, family, and understanding of trust, independence, and the wider world. Jesus Christ Superstar - Milton Keynes Theatre

Michael Harrison for Lloyd Webber Harrison Musicals is delighted to announce Jesus Christ Superstar will tour the UK following the conclusion of its West End engagements at The London Palladium. Sam Ryder brings his highly anticipated take on the iconic role of Jesus to theatres across the UK for the first time, arriving at Milton Keynes Theatre Tue 27 – Sat 31 Jul 2027.

Originally released as an album, Jesus Christ Superstar opened on Broadway in 1971, at the Mark Hellinger Theatre, where it was nominated for five Tony Awards including Best Original Score. The original London production ran for over eight years. By the time it closed, after 3,358 performances, it had become the longest-running musical in West End history at that time.
